  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are usually processed and dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak periods, processing times may be extended, but we will always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

UK Shipping

We offer the following delivery options:


  • Tracked 24 / Tracked 48 (Royal Mail)
    Delivery estimate: 1–2 working days (Tracked 24)
    2–3 working days (Tracked 48)
    Includes door-to-door tracking and delivery notification


3. International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide.

  • International Standard: 5–12 working days

  • International Tracked: 3–7 working days

Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing.

Customs Duties & Taxes:
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.


4. Order Tracking

For orders shipped with tracked services, a tracking number will be emailed to you once dispatched.
Untracked services will not include tracking updates.


5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
SimpleSimUK.com is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be asked to pay for re-delivery.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Royal Mail considers a package lost after:

  • 10 working days (UK)

  • 20 working days (Europe)

  • 25 working days (Rest of world)
